“Following the return of my brother Chris to the family business to lead the troops, hiring a competent administrator was the next game changer for my business, it gave us the ability to take the expansion to the next level.
“It felt like it escalated our capabilities 10-fold overnight.”
And when Brad steps away from the tools, it’s his family that keeps him grounded.
“I’m thankful for my beautiful wife, my son and my daughter.
She’s been my number one support through every crazy idea and ambition for more than 20 years. We are a very tight knit family. I get nothing but every support.”

“We are expanding into refrigeration and commercial building, roofing and demolition. We see the sky as the limit, and we are not waiting for anybody.”
