Robyn Agius

An Award-Winning Specialist You Can Trust

She’s not the loudest in the room, but she carries a quiet confidence – one that has seen her win multiple real estate awards across the Pioneer Valley, and, more importantly, the lasting trust of her clients.

That woman is Robyn Agius.

Robyn has been recognised through the REA Excellence Awards, which measure key performance indicators including volume of properties sold, median sold price, median days advertised, ratings and reviews, total properties sold, and verified client feedback for Mirani, Gargett and Finch Hatton.

For Robyn, the recognition reflects a simple, wholehearted focus on her service to others.

“My client’s success is my priority and my work ethic reflects that,” she said.

“These awards are an acknowledgement of this and I feel quite humble and privileged to have been trusted to assist so many clients achieve their real estate goals over the years.”

Robyn believes her success stems from strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for the region. She credits her regional knowledge, passion for community, and attitude towards providing excellent service and honest, open communication for her achievements.

Having lived in Marian for more than two decades, Robyn opened her office at 337 Anzac Avenue Marian in 2024, allowing her to offer a personalised service across the Pioneer Valley and surrounding areas.

Her independent colleague, Shirlz Russell, supported by newest team member Jackie Houseman under the Area Specialist banner, assists clients across northern communities, while Mackell Caruana and Lauren Griinke work closely with Robyn to support clients from East Mackay and the Southern region, right through to the Upper Pioneer Valley.

For Robyn, it’s not awards or accolades that define success, rather it’s the trust of her clients, the integrity of her work, and the opportunity to give back to her community.

Despite her many accolades, Robyn remains grounded in the values that have shaped her.

“My mum has influenced me the most,” she said.

“She has a heart of service and integrity. She overcame all sorts of challenges, always pressing forward with phenomenal faith and courage.”

Robyn also believes in giving back to the community, which is why she regularly donates a generous amount from property sales to local schools and charities.

“I love what I do,” she said.

“That’s the beauty of a career in real estate. It can be whatever you want it to be, especially if you put your clients first.”

As part of her commitment to helping local women build long-term financial security, Robyn and Shirlz are hosting their next Women’s Wealth Creation Workshop on the 16th of May at Ocean International – a powerful one-day event focused on practical property-based wealth strategies.

Experts from around the country will guide attendees through superannuation, investing in property, retirement planning, and practical cashflow management, while a specialist will introduce an innovative budgeting app designed specifically for women. Attendees will also explore mindset strategies to overcome the beliefs that often hold women back from financial independence.

“This workshop isn’t about hype – it’s about education, clarity, and giving women the confidence to take action.”

Q: What advice would you give your younger self?

A: Be kind to yourself and invest in yourself first — by that I mean, always put aside savings from every pay, right from your first pay. Be consistent and determined. Make a wise, modest property purchase, keep it, and use the capital growth to build equity and wealth. What you do at the beginning can influence the rest of your life greatly.
