THE SKY'S THE LIMIT
What happens when you consistently prospect, secure appraisals and win listings?
Well, it creates momentum. The kind that builds stronger pipelines, creates new opportunities and drives long-term growth. And for eight people who topped The Sky's The Limit leaderboards, it also meant an exclusive Study Tour to Singapore.
Raine & Horne's Ayr Principal Carla Healy travelled to Singapore for an experience designed to challenge thinking, expand perspective and celebrate success.
Hosted by Executive Chairman Angus Raine and CEO Chris Nicholl, the Study Tour gave attendees the opportunity to step outside their day-to-day businesses, learn from global leaders and bring new ideas back into market.
Singapore was selected for its global reputation in urban planning, sophisticated real estate development, technology and innovation, offering valuable insights into how one of the world's most progressive cities approaches long-term planning, customer experience and growth.
The group spent time with leading Singapore real estate company Hutton's, gaining insights into market trends, urban planning and business growth. Attendees also visited the URA Gallery and major developments including Aurea at Golden Mile and W Residences Singapore.
Reflecting on the experience, attendees spoke highly of both the learning opportunities and the connections built throughout the week.
“There are never enough words to fully describe the value of the experience,” said one.
“You know it's going to be great, but it still exceeds all your expectations.”
Alongside the study tour program, attendees experienced some of Singapore's most iconic attractions, including Sentosa Island, Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a guided food and history tour through Geylang and a farewell lunch overlooking the city skyline at Level33.
Carla called the tour “an experience like no other, with extended R&H family to celebrate alongside with.”
