Megan is the driving force behind Double M Fitness and brings a wealth of passion and expertise to the business. With a background deeply rooted in sports, Megan undertook her own transformative personal journey post-motherhood, inspiring those around her.

“It was very organic for me to fall into this,” Megan shares. “I started coaching friends with the experience and knowledge I knew and what had worked for me. More people wanted in and, eight years later, here I am, doing what I love, helping people and being able to make a living of it.”

As interest in Megan’s services grew, she equipped herself with the necessary tools to coach people into how to live a more balanced and harmonious life. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork facilitator and boasts a bevy of other fitness certifications. The type of coaching Megan provides at Double M Fitness isn’t your typical type of coaching, which is why she calls herself a vitality coach.

At the core of Double M Fitness lies a commitment to holistic wellness, manifested through a diverse array of offerings tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual. ‘Sunrise Moves’ is a grounded movement experience that will leave you revitalised and ready to take on the day, offering whole body-encompassing group fitness sessions for vitality-obsessed humans who are choosing long term evolution over quick results. ‘Vivacious Women’, meanwhile, is dedicated to mums with young children who want to rebuild trust in their body post-partum. Lastly, ‘Ohana 1:1’ offers coaching for the woman seeking a customised roadmap to living as her most vibrant and athletic self. Each program is meticulously designed by Megan to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

“I love that I can help people not only with their physical being but also in a spiritual way,” Megan says. “I have a passion for holistic health, and I strive to help people achieve ‘overall wellness’ inside and out.”

Best health tip you've ever been given?

Strip all the physical adaptions you want back and ask yourself, ‘Why do I want that?’ Generally, you will find more times than not it is happiness and balance or even confidence you are seeking, not the perfect body. Let’s work on that.

Most effective exercise/stretch you recommend to people?

Just find something you enjoy so it becomes a hobby, not a chore.
