After three years away from the local property scene, familiar face and real estate agent Lukas Vaid has returned, bringing with him not just experience but a renewed passion shaped by family, community, and a desire to make a difference.
Although Lukas never truly left the Whitsundays, it was the pull of family life that ultimately brought him back to real estate full-time, after a period of working fly-in, fly-out.
“Starting a family and having a daughter made me want to be more present,” he shared. “I wanted to enjoy watching her grow up.”
He’s returned to Taylors Property Specialists, where he previously worked closely with Brad Sobott. “I worked at Taylors for about three years, and I learned a lot under Brad’s guidance. He’s a very professional agent and auctioneer.”
His path into real estate was unexpected. With a background in engineering and a methodical mindset, it was actually his wife, who was already in the industry, who first suggested he consider it. A casual chat with Rob Taylor quickly snowballed, and within two weeks, he was in the office and starting his new career.
From the outset, it was clear real estate was more than just listings and sales.
“It’s the people,” he says.
“Seeing people’s faces, understanding the emotional side of a transaction; it’s incredibly fulfilling to join the dots between a buyer and seller. You see the joy of a young couple stepping into their first home, or the relief of a seller navigating a difficult situation. It’s not always easy, but it’s very satisfying.”
Now stepping out solo as a sales agent, he’s determined to make his mark. “I can’t afford to make mistakes, everything I do matters, down to the last detail.
“I don’t have the luxury of thinking things will just come to me. I have to work for it, and I’m prepared to do that.”
His approach to real estate is a mix of precision and relatability. “I’ve got that methodical, engineering side, but I’m also just a normal person.
“I don't want to be seen as someone that's scary or unapproachable or too, you know, stuck up or caught up in the world. I'm just another person, I'm just another local.”
While the market has shifted since the COVID boom, Lukas sees that change as a healthy one.
“Things are more sustainable now. There are fewer listings, and the level of activity has settled. But that’s not a bad thing, it’s more balanced, and it’s giving first home buyers confidence again.”
“I think we are back at a healthy level.”
That confidence was evident in the recent buzz over a unique listing he handled: a half-share in Temple Island, off the coast of Cape Palmerston. The island, listed at offers over $599,000, drew media attention for its affordability and the lifestyle opportunity it offered.
“There was no catch. It was just a 50 per cent share, and we were trying to show that it is possible, people do this with yachts and holiday homes all the time. You could fly in on Friday and be back at work Monday.”
Professionally, the next 12 months are about rebuilding momentum and connections. “Real estate is such a fast-paced and relationship-based industry.
“Real estate is such a fast-paced and relationship-based industry. Returning to it feels like jumping on a running treadmill.
“I’ve got the background, people remember me, but I am ready to get back out there and really build those relationships again. It is a small town, and you build relationships quickly, and they matter.”
In an industry often plagued by stigma, Lukas is keen to break the mould.
“Taylor’s is a very family-oriented office. My wife works here, so does Rob and his wife. It’s close-knit. We all have the same values.
“We’re not corporate, we’re a community.”
For those thinking of making the move to the Whitsundays, his advice is to do it:
“It’s a beautiful place to live. I used to drive back over the hill after being away and think, wow, this view never gets old. I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else.”
Now re-establishing himself in the local market, Lukas is eager to support the community and wants locals to know that no one will work harder on their behalf.

What began as a practical solution has grown into a local success story, transforming backyards across the Whitsundays, one plunge pool at a time. Spotting a clear gap in the market, Instant Pools Whitsundays stepped in to deliver high-quality, Australian-made plunge pools to properties previously considered too difficult for installation.
Jack ‘Lofty’ Loft and Casey Loft, founders of Instant Pools Whitsundays and also the team behind Whitsunday Crane Hire, shared the story of how their pool business first came to life.
“There wasn’t anything out there for above ground or freestanding pools, especially for sloping blocks,” Lofty said.
“We were constantly installing pools for other companies through our crane hire business and kept running into the same problems, that's where we saw a gap in the market.”
Now, three years in, the company exclusively services the Whitsundays, offering little fibreglass pools that are durable, stylish, and surprisingly simple to install.
“If your site’s ready, we lift it into place, fill it with water, and you can be swimming that afternoon.”
The pools weigh just over a tonne, which is a featherweight compared to 12-tonne precast concrete alternatives.
“From a crane perspective, that makes a huge difference. We can place them up to 46 meters out with our current fleet, and that just opens up a whole range of sites.”
Weight isn’t the only difference. Unlike shipping container pools, which struggle with salt and chlorine corrosion, Instant Pools' fibreglass pools are made to last.
“They’re framed in glass-reinforced plastic, not steel, so they don’t rust. They're strong, clean, and perfect for our coastal climate.”
Made by Compass Pools, the range includes freestanding fibreglass pools in “Plunge” “Relax”, “Refresh”, and “Play” models, all of which are completely customisable.
“They’re all Australian-made, too. We need to support quality local suppliers, and our customers appreciate knowing they’re getting a product built for Aussie conditions.”
On the note of supporting locally, Lofty added that giving back is a big part of the business’s DNA. Over the years, they’ve proudly thrown their support behind a diverse mix of local and regional causes, from grassroots footy teams like the Brahmans and high-octane motorsports to netball clubs, mental health initiatives, not-for-profits and community festivals.
The team isn’t afraid to innovate either.
“One customer wanted an infinity-style window at the end of their plunge pool,” he says.
“We worked with the manufacturer, and 12 months later, we delivered the first of its kind. It gives the illusion of a negative edge but keeps all the water contained.”
Despite juggling Instant Pools alongside Whitsunday Crane Hire, the founders maintain a sharp focus on customer service.
“We’re not the cheapest out there, and we’re upfront about that. But what we offer is service and quality. If something’s not right, we’ll fix it. That’s how we run both businesses.”
At its core, Instant Pools is about bringing luxury pool experiences to people who never thought it possible.
“A lot of people have easements or tricky sites and think they can’t have a pool. We show them they can, without the cost and complexity of concrete construction.”
“We just love seeing the customer’s reaction when it’s finished. There’s nothing better than knowing we helped turn a backyard into a space for fun, connection, and relaxation.”

Ohana Pools may be new to the Whitsundays scene, but its foundations are anything but inexperienced. Behind the business is creative craftsman Aaron Lemanski, whose long history in pool building, design and detail-driven work sets him apart.
Aaron first entered the pool industry in 1997, starting an apprenticeship with Nevada Pools under the supervision of Warren Hearn. Over the years, he worked with several respected pool companies and even ran a pebble crew in Mackay. Like many tradespeople with creative skills, his career branched into other industries, including tattooing and visual design. These experiences now influence his distinctive approach to construction, where he prioritises quality over quantity.
“We’re not trying to take on every job. We prefer to work closely with one or two clients at a time, really putting in the effort to make each project special.”
Despite his broad experience, it was a friend’s backyard project that pulled him back into the pool industry.
“Helping Isaac with his pool really took me back to when I was younger. It was something I swore I’d never return to, but here I am, back building pools and I absolutely love it,” Aaron explained.
Ohana Pools offers both fibreglass and custom concrete pools. Fibreglass options are economical and faster to install, while concrete allows for fully tailored designs that suit sloping blocks or one-of-a-kind visions. The team works closely with each client to guide them through the best choice for their space, style and lifestyle.
“Some people want something simple. Others want something unique that works with the land. We help them figure out what fits best.”
“We do everything from custom concrete builds to fibreglass pools, and we can even customise fibreglass designs to suit the space.”
While fibreglass pools are a popular choice, Ohana Pools takes a case-by-case approach.
“We’re always focused on finding the best option for the client. For example, if I think concrete is the better fit, I’ll suggest we form and engineer it that way, so it also supports the ground behind it.”
Beyond construction, Aaron’s artistic background shines through in his design process.
“The things I can see now compared to when I was in construction before are totally different. Tattooing has improved my eye for detail and given me a ‘do it once, do it right’ level of precision!”
The name Ohana was inspired by his young daughter’s love of Lilo and Stitch. With ohana meaning "family", it reflects the values at the core of the business.
“We’re a family building pools for other families.”
Post-installation, Ohana Pools continues to support clients. They partner with trusted local pool shops and offer guidance on water care, cyclone preparation and ongoing maintenance. One popular feature is the Vantage in-floor cleaning system, which makes pool upkeep effortless.
“It makes a huge difference. You can leave your pool for weeks and it still looks great.”
With three projects currently underway, a home build in Hideaway Bay, and a commitment to staying boutique, Aaron is focused on quality, creativity and connection. Looking ahead, he also hopes to give back.
“My old boss helped me find my path when school didn’t work out. I’d love to give someone else that same chance one day.”
With a passion for craft, a heart for community and a keen eye for detail, Ohana Pools is quickly becoming one of the Whitsundays’ most exciting and thoughtful pool specialists.

Since 1975, Whitsundays locals have trusted the tried-and-tested veterinary stalwart that is Proserpine Vet Surgery (PVS)—and the good news is, they won’t have to stop any time soon.
“We’re 50 years young,” says owner Faye McPherson, reflecting on the clinic’s proud legacy and ongoing commitment to the Whitsundays community.
Faye’s journey to PVS was one of a caring, resilient and community-focused nature—three key elements that make up the core values of PVS today.
After years of locum work, Faye was drawn to Proserpine by its warm climate, tight-knit community and the sense of professionalism she encountered at the clinic.
“It was an enjoyable clinic to work in... the mainstay nurse, Billye-Jean Stevens, ran a tight, tidy ship. She was just a pleasure to work with,” Faye says. “Bill Bowman, the then owner, and Billye-Jean were trustworthy, genuine people with high standards.”
What began as temporary work soon turned into a long-term commitment. In 2003, Faye became a partner in the business and, after seven years, took the reins entirely, growing the clinic steadily year by year, all while juggling the demands of raising two young children, including her daughter with Cystic Fibrosis.
“My second child has a chronic illness. This meant a lot of work; physiotherapy on the chest, morning and night, lots of supplementary medication… so I thought, ‘I need to help the surgery to grow, so I can take time off to be with her when I needed to’.”
And boy, did the business grow.
The clinic expanded by about 25 % annually. Faye balanced hands-on veterinary work with more managerial responsibilities, balancing growth while maintaining the clinic’s family-oriented, friendly atmosphere.
“We pride ourselves on providing a friendly country service you can rely on,” she says.
“It’s about supporting each other, caring for the community, and delivering the best possible care for our patients. I tell my team we are here to serve people the way they wish to be served.”
Technological advancements have played a big part in PVS’s evolution. From traditional X-rays to state-of-the-art ultrasound machines, dental units, and rapid blood analysis equipment, the clinic keeps pace with the latest tools to ensure prompt, accurate diagnoses.
“We used to wait days for blood test results—now, it takes 12 minutes,” Faye explains.
“And computerisation has revolutionised how we manage patient records and day-to-day operations.”
Already a household name in the local veterinary industry, PVS continues to grow, and its latest hire, Nicole, is helping lead the charge.
Nicole brings with her 10 years of full-time experience–the last 8 years in emergency medicine on the Gold Coast, but also a modern approach to veterinary care that’s set to refresh the clinic’s direction, while staying true to the roots that made them so successful.
In just 10 weeks, she’s already prompted new investments in state-of-the-art equipment and is expected to step into a partnership role as the clinic continues to evolve.
“She’s bringing the latest and greatest care,” says Faye.
“I think the clinic’s in good hands going forward, long past my tenure.”
Q: What would you say is the most important lesson you’ve learned over the years?
A: Communication. If you’re not communicating clearly, you might do great work, and still end up with an unhappy client. You’ve got to explain, listen, and guide people. Also— to care. I’m a mum, so that comes naturally to me. In this job, you might work all day and then be on call all night. You have to genuinely care.

As a key figure in Eclipse’s future direction, Steve Obst brings a wealth of experience and reliability to the team. He’s taken on much of Justin’s client base, giving Justin room to focus on the firm’s long-term growth. In doing so, Steve has gradually built relationships with many local clients and enjoyed becoming part of the broader Whitsundays community.
“We have a really lovely client base, which makes my job easy!” said Steve.
With a particular interest in working with retirees, Steve says it’s rewarding to help them navigate complex superannuation and pension matters.
“I find working with our retired clients really satisfying because I can help them negotiate fairly complex Superannuation and pension issues. Getting positive outcomes is very rewarding, and I love that every week is different.”
Having known each other for more than three decades, Steve and Justin share both a professional history and a solid friendship. So, when Steve decided it was time for a lifestyle change, it was a natural fit when an opportunity at Eclipse came up.
While Steve once imagined life in the police force, he says helping people take control of their financial futures has proven just as meaningful and just as rewarding.
Outside of the office, Steve is often found out on the water with the Whitsunday Game Fishing Club or at the range with the Bowen Sporting Shooters Association.

Jake Flaherty takes a highly personal approach to financial planning. He’s driven by a desire to give clients the kind of support he once wished he’d had. He believes every financial journey is unique, and he’s committed to helping individuals map out a future that aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and personal values.
“Managing finances can be quite a confusing area for a lot of people,” explains Jake.
“Often, people come into money very quickly through something like inheritance or they’ve finally got their super pension, and working out how to best use it can be quite confronting. It’s definitely not one size fits all. Some people are coming into retirement and want to sit in the shade and read books, others want to travel the world!”
Jake takes the time to get to know each client’s priorities, helping them gain clarity and confidence in their financial future.
“When you tell them that they will have 20 years of comfortable retirement and see the relief on their faces, it’s very rewarding.”
Since joining Eclipse in 2019, Jake has combined a sharp analytical mind with a strong passion for helping others.
Away from the office, Jake is equally dedicated to his family and community. A father to three energetic boys, he juggles work and home life with enthusiasm. He’s also heavily involved with Whitsunday United Football Club, where he’s both a seasoned player and respected senior member.

For more than two decades, Justin Butler has been at thehelm of Eclipse, steering the business with purpose and adaptability throughchanging economic tides and shifting local dynamics.
A seasoned financial adviser with over 30 years ofexperience, Justin established Eclipse in 2003. His professional focus has longbeen on navigating complex financial landscapes for self-employed individualsand high-net-worth clients.
These days, Justin plays more of a consultative role withinthe business. His wealth of experience remains a valuable asset, often calledupon when strategic insight or clarity on intricate matters is needed.
This approach allows him to dedicate time to the morechallenging aspects of financial planning, while also looking ahead to newopportunities and growth for Eclipse.
A proud Whitsundays local since 1992, Justin lives in theregion with his wife Susan and their three children. He is also an activecontributor to the community, serving as a long-time committee member of theWhitsunday Sportspark and Club Whitsunday in Airlie Beach, where he’s committedto enhancing the facility for the benefit of the wider community.

Australians today are navigating an increasingly complex financial terrain — from managing mortgages, superannuation, and insurance to preparing for retirement and developing effective tax strategies. The financial decisions people face are significant and often overwhelming. Add the weight of a cost-of-living crisis, and it’s no surprise that many feel stretched, uncertain, and unsure where to start.
Yet, financial advice is still widely seen as a luxury — something reserved for the wealthy or retired, something to deal with later in life. But the truth is, the greatest cost may come from not seeking advice at all.
At its core, financial advice is about helping you make informed, strategic decisions that support your goals and improve your long-term wellbeing. This may involve setting clear priorities, structuring your cash flow and debt, building investment portfolios, optimising superannuation and tax strategies, protecting your income through insurance, and planning for life’s transitions — whether that’s buying a home, changing careers, or retiring.
But the technical side is just the beginning. Where quality financial advice really proves its worth is in helping people stay on track when emotions rise. Because let’s face it — we’re not always rational with money. We tend to panic in downturns, overspend when confidence is high, delay important decisions out of fear, and underestimate the future costs of inaction. An adviser’s real value often reveals itself not in calm times, but in moments of uncertainty — when clarity, structure, and an unbiased view are most needed.
Research by Vanguard and Russell Investments show financial advisers can add around 3–4 per cent in annual value, not by picking the perfect stock, but by helping clients avoid emotionally driven decisions. That value compounds significantly over time. Financial advisers are here to ask the right questions, challenge knee-jerk reactions, and help you stay focused on the big picture, not the headlines or hype.
Still, many Australians attempt to manage their finances alone — and understandably so. We’ve all tried a bit of DIY in the hope of saving money. But much like fixing plumbing or rewiring a house, what seems simple on the surface often reveals unexpected complexity. In hindsight, many realise the time, risk, and stress could have been avoided by engaging a professional from the outset.
Financial advice isn’t about complexity. It’s about creating a strategy tailored to your life, with someone in your corner to keep you accountable and confident, especially when life throws you off track.
In a world full of noise and competing priorities, advice offers something rare: clarity, control, and peace of mind.
And when you consider what’s really at stake — your lifestyle, your security, your future — the real question isn’t can you afford to get advice?
It’s can you afford not to?

It’s not every day you find a crew that tackles shutdowns in the mines and ports with the same energy they bring to the golf course, but Baltic Group isn’t your everyday company. Founded on the principle that people matter as much as performance, this young, fast-growing collective of trades and technical professionals has built a culture that goes well beyond the job site.
Whether it’s fitters on the ground at a coal mine, sparkies wiring up off-grid island resorts, or diesel mechanics keeping heavy machinery humming, Baltic Group is known for getting the job done right. But it’s what happens after knock–off that really sets them apart.
From fishing trips and backyard barbecues to teeing off on pristine fairways, Baltic has cultivated a lifestyle that balances hard work with hard-earned downtime.
“Our crew genuinely enjoy spending time together even when they’re off the clock,” says Elliott Magnus, who co-founded Baltic in 2019 alongside Lloyd Strutynski.
“We wanted to create something where people are proud of what they do and feel looked after while they’re doing it.”
That spirit of mateship and balance underpins everything Baltic does, including their community work.
In September, the team is heading back to the freshly upgraded Sarina Golf Course for the second annual Baltic Group Charity Golf Day. Last year’s inaugural event raised a phenomenal $30,000 for CQ Rescue and Ronald McDonald House Charities North Australia. It was a sell-out success, packed with high energy, great prizes, and a sense of purpose that extended far beyond the final putt.
“We were honestly blown away by the support,” says co-founder Lloyd.
“Everyone turned up in good spirits, the prizes were top shelf, and the feedback we got was that it was one of the best charity days people had been to.”
A standout moment? A hole-in-one challenge for a brand-new Yamaha golf cart. While no one took it home that day, the shootout and live auction raised an extra $8,000, proving that even a missed shot can be a win when the community is involved.
This year, Baltic is upping the ante. A brand-new Sea Jay tinny powered by a Suzuki Outboard is up for grabs, and sponsorships are expected to sell out fast.
“The energy around this event is massive,” says Todd Saron, who heads up Baltic Diesel.
“We’re aiming to smash that $30K again, and the response already has been incredible.”
But it’s not just the boys who get the good gigs.
In June, Baltic will host their first-ever Ladies Only Charity Event — a heartfelt nod to the women who hold the fort while their partners are away on roster. Raising funds for breast cancer research, the event recognizes the sacrifices made by the wives, partners, sisters, and daughters who support Baltic’s crew.
“This event is about more than just raising money,” says Beau Hargrave, Director of Baltic Electrical.
“It’s about saying thank you. We know our guys couldn’t do what they do without the support of their families, and this is a way to give something back.”
That deep sense of care and connection extends to every part of Baltic’s culture. The team understands that life looks different for everyone — and the flexibility they offer reflects that.
“We’ve got crew at all stages of life,” explains Lloyd. “Some are young and hungry for back-to-back shutdowns, others are raising kids and want to be there for school pickups and soccer games. Our roster planning works around that — it’s part of why people stay.”
That balance is something 44-year-old mature-age apprentice Daniel Cavacas doesn’t take for granted. “Starting my apprenticeship later in life with a growing family was a risky decision, but I haven’t looked back,” says Daniel.
“Baltic has given me the opportunity to complete a trade I’ve always wanted to do. The flexibility means I’m still there for my young family, and it’s allowed my wife to finish her degree. The exposure I get — from working on remote off-grid setups on the islands to mining work that brings in extra income — is something I’m truly grateful for.”
Kobe Driver, 26, shares a similar sentiment. “I’ve been with Baltic nearly four years now,” says Kobe.
“Lloyd and Elliott took me under their wing straight out of my apprenticeship. I’ve gone from being on the tools, to supervising, to now coordinating. It’s a company that grows with you.”
For Kobe, that growth isn’t just professional — it’s personal.
“Baltic allows me to be home more to spend quality time with my family. Not many companies can offer that.”
From mining and marine to golf and giving back, Baltic Group has built something rare in the trades world — a business where the team’s happiness offsite is just as important as their productivity onsite.
“We’re proud of the work we do,” says Elliott. “But we’re just as proud of the way we do it together, with respect, and with time carved out for the people and things that matter.”
In a world where work–life balance is often talked about but rarely achieved, Baltic is proving it’s more than possible, it’s powerful.

At The Lair, the rulebook is shredded, the vibes are unfiltered, and the hair? Completely unhinged – in the best possible way. Co-owned by unapologetic rebels Kylie Wilkinson and Renee Biggs, this isn't your typical salon. It’s a hair sanctuary for the bold, the brave, and the beautifully bizarre.
Three years deep, and still smashing convention, The Lair is where curls run wild, pixies slice through expectations, and mullets reign supreme. It’s not a salon… it’s an altar to individuality.
Goth glam? Bring it. Elfcore fantasy? Absolutely. Razor-sharp and wildly unhinged, every cut here has a story – and none of them are boring.
“We’ve built a space where hair, health, beauty, and a bit of therapy come together,” says Kylie, a commerce-degree-holder and founder of the cult curl brand CURLTIVATE.
Renee, with 30 years of hair mastery, adds, “It’s about making people feel seen, supported, and like they’re hanging out with friends who just happen to give killer haircuts.”
Forget cookie-cutter cuts. This crew dives deep into lifestyle, identity, and your untamed hair dreams. Their brutally honest, fiercely educational process leaves you not just transformed but empowered, backed by their unhinged three-step styling system and their powerhouse, locally crafted product line, CURLTIVATE.
This is The Lair – where chaos is cut, boundaries are burned, and beauty gets loud. If you're bold, bookish, a bit unhinged or totally untamed – this is your place to get wild, weird, and wonderful.
Book your chair and come unhinged!

At the heart of Bucasia Beach Women's Health is Sari Jurczyluk, a dedicated women’s health therapist and a proud 2025 JSP Health and Well-being Warrior achiever. Sari’s journey into this transformative field is driven by a profound, personal connection, shaped by her own lived experiences. Her work is far more than a profession—it’s a passion, a true calling. Whether supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or navigating the complexities of grief, Sari is unwavering in her mission to walk alongside women, offering care, empathy, and empowerment at every stage of their journey.
“To ‘doula’ means to serve women,” Sari explains. “It’s a term I really love because it’s so diverse and sums up the many ways we can support a woman. Through fertility and pregnancy, their birth experiences, postpartum, and even through loss and grief.”
Sari’s career began in palliative care, but a fateful encounter redirected her path. “I crossed paths with a truly fabulous lady who told me I was working in the ‘wrong end of life,’ and that I should be in maternity. Somehow, I fell out of end-of-life support and into birth support and I haven’t looked back.”
Sari’s unique blend of training and experience in techniques including remedial massage, acupuncture, acupressure, pelvic balancing, hypnobirthing, and bereavement counselling offers a holistic approach to women’s health.
“As a women’s health therapist, I offer services to support women physically, emotionally, and mentally,” she says.
In January 2025, Bucasia Beach Women’s Health officially relocated to Stanley House on Discovery Lane, joining forces with Women’s Health Physio Mackay. The move places Sari closer to essential hospitals and services, allowing her to better serve families. Especially those facing the heartbreak of loss.
“As a Red Nose ambassador, it’s important that I am available to support families through miscarriage and infant loss. Being based at Stanley House just made sense,” she says.
The new space also offers opportunities for collaboration and community. Sari shares “I have the highest respect for Lauren Neill and her team, as well as my fellow healthcare providers all around our area, especially in Stanley house. And I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Ritu of Ritu Rana Medical.”
Bucasia Beach Women’s Health will continue to offer a diverse range of services, including pregnancy and doula care services, antenatal and postpartum support, and workshops in Spinning Babies and Hypnobirthing. The clinic also provides workplace education on bereavement support through the Red Nose and SANDS foundations. Additionally, introducing a new retail line featuring custom birth combs and slings for hire, in collaboration with Joey and the Willow. These offerings ensure that the clinic remains a vital resource for women, empowering them with the tools and support they need throughout their unique journeys.
Sari’s creativity shines not only in her therapy but in her hobbies where upcycling vintage pieces and painting large-scale canvases now decorate her home. “Some of my favourite pieces include a clawfoot bath turned into a lounge and a tallboy created from vintage suitcases.”
What’s one health myth you would like to debunk?
“That ‘menopause happens suddenly’, nope absolutely not! It takes years for hormones to change and plenty of symptoms along the way.” And “all ages and stages of women’s health need to be supported. I encourage all women to feel valued and heard.”
